Good morning my amazing Pals,

I wish you all a very happy Friday! You guys are all so motivating! I have been struggling with my food recently but been feeling like I'm getting back on track this week.

Yesterday I had a NSC and ran 50 minutes straight which is a PB.

@Skipper111 fab job on the running, I hope one day (when the boobs are smaller) to be able to run.
Back to work after the easter break today, I coach gymnastics, and try and make the most of being active with the kids. Also going to get back on my nutrition. I think it's a good sign that I miss being healthy when life gets in the way, I never used to feel that way! Have a great day all.

@Skipper111 Wow 50 min is great on my drive thru days I lack on the water as its hard to run to the bathroom. Yesterday I thought I was going to explode before I could break away.

Still holding strong on the diet coke now today is my 12 hour day let's see if I make it through without one. ;) Also doing well on the shopping. Give me a few weeks away from it and I may be back to normal.

Today is my coworkers day to order out food. My goal is to see a weight loss on our first weigh in so it's incentive to not to partake of the goodies. Plus everyone's pants are getting tight also a great incentive to stay on track. ;)

I gave the big boob excuse to one of my customers a few years back for not running. She recommended buying bras from figleaves.com. I believe they are called shock absorbers. They last a long time, & allow me to run with no bouncing. I wear a 38G, since I have learned to measure.

Yesterday I met all of my goals & I was rewarded with a big whoosh. The scale has dropped a lot this week. I must have been retaining water during shark week.

Today we are going out for supper & to watch dueling pianists. So my only goal for today is to be conscious of food & drink choices.

    Have a great Friday everyone!

@catvlmack and @lpeltenburg bless your hearts.

My best friend also suffers with larger than average assets ;-) She has struggled ever since we were younger. I remember always wondering when mine were going to jump into action and sadly they never did!!!

@2020pinktogo way to go on the Diet Coke, you have come this far, you can smash your 12 hour day!!!

    Enjoy your Friday guys!!!

@skipper111 I have large assets and a good bra is a must. Right now I have a decent one, but not a work out one. I do the slow jog rather than a full run. Good job on meeting your goals and PB!

Yesterday I did pretty good at all my goals, until I ran out of time. When I got home from work, I took a nap, which put me behind on everything. Then I received really bad news. My uncle suddenly died last night. Tonight I am supposed to go out to dinner and a baseball game. Supposed to be rainy/snowy and cold. I am hoping to stay in calorie range. Plus the BF is being a jerk. So much so, I am not even looking forward to going to the game tonight. Have a great weekend and stay strong.

    Yesterday's goals:
    Stay in the green. :)
    80 ounces Water :)
    25000 steps :p
    Roller skating B)
    Take a lunch :)
After school walk :| nope traffic sucked, not enough time so I played on the swings.
    Hogwarts challenge :s
    Stay focused at work B)
    ***Make deviled eggs*** :(
    ***Laundry**** :(

    Today's Goals:
Stay in the green, I can do it.
    80 ounces of water
    12500 Steps
    Bank
    Laundry
    Hogwarts
    Focus @ Work
Don't let the BF ruin the trip to the ball park!

    Happy Friday!

@jdelaroy - so sorry about your Uncle {{hugs}} I hope BF smartens up so you can enjoy the evening!!

    @skipper111 - awesome job running!!!!!

@2020pinktogo - great job on the diet coke!! Keep it up!!!

Everyone else - hope you have a great day and a great weekend! Weekends tend to be much harder to stay good  but I know we can do it!!

Yesterday was another pretty good day. I have a sore muscle in my shoulder which is affecting my neck so sitting here at work with a heated wheat/lavender neck wrap on and feels good. I was going to take a nice long walk yesterday but decided I better not so it doesn't spread! I managed all my goals however except eat under 40 grams. I went to costco after work and got some strawberries, so had strawberries and frozen blueberries for dessert which took me over a bit on the carbs. It was so worth it though :)

    Today's goals:

    10,000 + steps today
    Water, water, water
Pre-log food and follow my plan to the "T"
    Yoga!!!
Eat under 40 grams net carbs

This weekend is going to be perfect here...low 60's and sunny. Tomorrow will be some gardening but we're also going out to the local animal shelter to look at this lovely orange tabby named Charlie. Our elderly cat passed away about a year ago at 18 years old and we're finally ready to get another family member. I can't wait to go see all the cats at the animal shelter!!!

    Day 5 Goals:

    1. Write my food down on paper, eat accordingly
    2. Drink 6-8 glasses of water

    Good morning flowers!!!

@TerriRichardson112 happy belated birthday!!! Hope you enjoyed yourself!!!

@jdelaroy sorry to hear about your uncle! Hope things lighten up for you soon.

@RejsGirl you did very well yesterday!! Here's to another good one, your plan is solid!

Yesterday was another good day for me. Accomplished all goals but the final 1000 steps because we went to the gym for a few hours to swim :)

Today's goals are to stick to calories/macros, finish up the week's training, chin-ups, steps, water and good sleep.

    Let's have a fabulous Friday!!!

@danelutza19 Awesome job hitting your goals yesterday! I think a few hours of swimming makes up for the steps!
@jdelaroy I'm so sorry about your uncle. That is tough! Hang in there and enjoy the game.
@RejsGirl Way to go with your goals yesterday! Looks like you're off to an awesome start today too! :)

The last 2 days I've met my water & journaling goals. Problem is I was slightly over on calories each day because I didn't journal until the end of the day. :( I weighed myself this morning, and to my surprise I was down 6 lbs! Would like to think this was a loss, but since hubby weighed in and said he was way down too, plus it was 6 lbs in one day, I'm thinking I need a new scale!

    Today's goals
*Journal each meal as I go
    *drink 8 glasses water
    *20-30 mins of exercise
*Limit margaritas at bunco (or bring my own lower calorie drink)
    Weekend goal
    *buy a new scale!!

Make it an awesome Friday!! :)

TGIF Everyone! I have to admit I have been down in a rut since yesterday. I still feel completely devastated about the change of my surgery date. But I am so completely grateful and overwhelmed by the amount of support you have all showed me in this stressful time. I am so blessed to have these groups and all my MFP contacts for this very hard and long journey. I wouldn't be able to do it without you all! I plan on just giving myself today to have my pity party and tomorrow is new beginnings. I will be setting new goals and making the best of my situation. Thank you all for your words of wisdom!

@mari_moulin It's understandable that you're upset. But we are here for you. A problem shared and all that..... lol!
@kimmysue100 What a fabulous loss! It's possible, especially if you both eat the same food. Lol!
@jdelaroy So sorry to hear about your uncle. My heart goes out to you and your family. As for the BF, you gotta kiss a lotta frogs, before you find that prince among men.

I'm a little late with this today. Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes and sympathy re knees. I got a good night's sleep last night, so the knees are bearable today. I haven't weighed myself since 17 April, and I am seriously considering a new digital scale, but apprehensive about what it will show. My present scale is a 49 year old manual. I did buy a digital scale a while back, but my grandson jumped up and down on it and it didn't survive, so I went back to my old faithful manual. Time now to enter the 21stC, I think!!!

:sunglasses: Spring refocus on goals :sunglasses:I am managing to stick to these goals now that I have put my mind to it.

 Weight on 17/4/2017: 160 lbs :cookie::cookie:This may increase when I get my new digital scale tomorrow.
    Goal weight: 152 lbs
Every day, to help me achieve my weight loss goal, I will:
:star: Prelog food/follow through. ✅ 5/7. I have already logged what I am going to eat today.
:star: Do 20+ minutes each of strength/flexibility exercise. ✅ 5/7. Done for today.
:star: Do 10000+ steps. 4/7. Missed out on yesterday, but will make it today!!!
:star: Drink a minimum of 8 cups liquid. ✅ 5/7
:star: Take part in Sole Mates/GoTs/100 More Days Challenges. ✅ 5/7
:star: Refrain from eating after 8 pm 5/7 days each week. 4/5 Determined to close the kitchen early tonight.
:star: Refrain from eating after 9pm 2/7 days of my choice each week. 1/2

Hi everyone last day of spring-break. Did get a lot of appointments out of the way and cleaned out a closet. To end the week I went on a hour walk with a friend along the country. Still working on getting the water in. Done well with food choices. Tomorrow our Farmers Market opens up YEY

@jdelaroy, so sorry to hear about your uncle! Hope the dinner and game turn out better than you anticipated and you get more support/better behaviour from your BF. Big hugs to you.

@debbieinca, sounds like you got a lot done on your break! You must feel very accomplished. :) The walk sounds lovely, and I hope the Farmers' Market is awesome!

I'm super impressed with how hard everyone is working at their goals! I encountered unexpected snacks at our training session at work this morning but saved the blueberry scone for later and only ate some strawberries and pineapple that I could fit into my day. (Hopefully, the scale will agree with me tomorrow, lol.) Free/unexpected food is one of my challenges, so I'm glad I made this work.
