    Good Morning BBB.
Up and at it - I need to hit the road by 6 to head downtown for a photoshoot. Jack is not in this one but I'll be assisting the animal handler for two days. They will be long days but interesting and there is always lots of healthy, good food on photoshoots!
    Do good out there everyone.

    Mornin' BBB.

First mowing yesterday. Did not put out straw bales, need to to prep area first and that just did not get done.

Animal handler assistant. Sounds like you'll be in the thick of the action and observe much without a lot of responsibility.

Monday. Why does nobody ever say TGIM?

    BBB OP ;-)

Another REALLY restless/sleepless night...Can't put finger on it....

    Wet soggy/soupy commute this morning...

Mary - glad you had a great trip!

Lee - glad you had a great weekend with the pups!

    Good Morning! TGIM!

I just had to do that since Lee taunted. :)

I did manage to get the kayak wet yesterday in beautiful weather. I didn't get yard work done, but that is the way to goes sometimes.

Still keeping several of you on the prayer list. Bob, is your daughter still doing good?

Kelly I hope all is well.

Have a good couple of days of work, Raine. Jack will be sad he's left behind this time.

So fun Sat/Sun, but glad I was back home in my own bed. I walked more on Sat than I have in a long time. Im going to use that as my walking program kick off and keep it going now.

Eye exam after work, then ordering me some new shades for summer!

    Good Morning,
Busy Sat., took DGK's to park, then DS pressure washed drive, walks, curb, patio, porch and deck. I shoveled manure to cover places where ground was bare, throughout grass seed yesterday between rains yesterday, hope all did not wash away yesterday afternoon.
No internet or TV yesterday afternoon or evening; when tied to satellites mother nature controls. Back at work this morning all is working at home, storms over but drizzling rain.
Muscle aches in arms and legs reckon it's tied to elevated CK levels.
Sat. night went to Mexican for dinner and took DMIL and older friend who has a hard time seeing. DMIL and friend had large margaritas, what fun helping old intoxicated ladies out instead of just DMIL.
Mary, glad you had a good time; agree own bed is always best.
Kelly, hope knee is better and you are able to move around more.
Lee, pups look precious; could almost want one till think about care, cost, shedding, training, damage as they learn not to chew furniture, shoes, house breaking etc....
Bob, glad DD is improving, will continue to lift her and you up.
Dennis, how much longer are you going to be bacheloring it?
Skip, I believe a relaxing yoga stretch class could possibly help back.
Raine, thanks for info; will get back to you once digested.
Lisa, great pics of DD's; congratulations.
Lou, hope mojo is beginning to work.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Had breakfast with the ROMEOs this morning.
    • Once I am retired I will say TGIM.
    • DW will be home on May 3rd.
    • Today is a state holiday in GA. It's the holiday formally known as Confederate Memorial Day. They gave up the name but refuse to give up the day off.
    • We had 2.75" of rain in the last 24 hours.
    • Have a great day everyone.

Shades for my eyes, Bob LOL. Hence the getting my eye exam today first. No point spending the money my eye Rx is from 2015, so its time.

How is your DD doing Bob now that's she's been home resting a few days? Continued prayers for her!

Sam, I can't handle tequila at my age, how does these older ladies do it?! That stuff is poison.

They are in their 80's; 83 and 89.
You've heard of pickling haven't you?
Do you think it will save on embalming cost?

    Good morning.

Phone screen went well and will lead to an in-person screen with someone else from the headhunter firm on Wednesday. If that works out, then they'll present me to the client. Seems like they're slowing the clock deliberately, but I'm just a clown in this circus, not the ringmaster.

    Sam

A friend of mine from VFW lives on VO and coke.
His long haired Chihuahua is 18 (yes 18) years old.....
He attributes his dogs health and age to two things....
    1. Sips from his VO Coke each day
    2. Raw meat diet

Though a bit overweight - he says his dog is the only one he's ever met that should be on Jenny Craig and attend AA meetings :-)

Moral of the story: I think you have a point on the "pickling"

Seems as the real moral to story is I may need to start having a drink daily.

    That's right Sam!!
Mary, I got so mad at WW that I sent in a complaint. The territory manager got it and approached me saying," I got your complaint!" Took a lot for me to complain but getting at the meeting at least 1/2 hour before it begins and the meeting is over before you weigh in is unacceptable in my opinion. I haven't been back.
Much to my chagrin, the scale has increased, I'm not happy, DH Is not happy so today I started a low carb diet. We will see how that goes.

Knee is still sore. I'm using the stuff Raine gave me, it's just not making any difference.

Got a letter from the IRS. It seems as if someone got ahold of DH SSN and either made a copy of or just made up information from his W2 and processed his taxes thru turbo tax. We've had to do all kinds of things today. On the phone etc. DH has a meeting with them this week. Now, we won't be getting our refund for 8 to 9 weeks. There IS a special place for that as$wipe to rot in hell.
    And that's about it.
    Night.
