I started trying to lose weight may 1st,2013 after my second baby (march 2013). I lost 65lbs over the year but ultimately gained it back:( I just had my third baby in November so I'm back trying harder then ever!! I'm doing a learn to run 5k twice a week with yoga and back doing zumba at home!
Should add my oldest will be 10 this July, can't believe it!
Curious if anyone has used a meal replacement for like breakfast as it's the meal I have the hardest time eating. I am in no way a morning person!

I am not a morning person either. If I eat in the am, my go to meal would not be healthy because I am looking for convenience so that I can get every minute of sleep until I HAVE to get up :-)
I am doing Advocare (I have done it before; started this diet on Monday) and they have a meal replacement shake that is 220 cal., 24 grams of protein, and is balanced for nutrition and weight loss. I prefer the regular chocolate flavor but they have others. My son is 11 and likes the mint chocolate flavor.
