What works best for you in managing stress and subsequent eating habits?

Sleep works best for me. This may seem counter intuitive, but when I sleep well, I manage stress better the next day, my eating habits are better and I generally feel like my energy level is better without sugary poor nutrition foods.0

Hi Mark, I find going to the gym is best for me. The more I go, the better my eating habits and lower my stress. The longer I go without working out, the worse I am0

Ah! That was the question I have been trying to answer for years. I have discover boxing! I love it! It's only been a month and I have seen MAJOR changes in my stress levels. I find a nice walk or jog on a nice day helps top!0
