@Kenda2427 Thanks for fixing the spreadsheet. I have already entered my details and it's working.

I am delighted with my weight today. I set up the new scale yesterday, calibrated it with the old one, and adjusted my start/goal weights. (7 lbs higher than the old ones. It really was on its last legs lol!). Still planning to lose 10 lbs over the 100 days of the challenge. I will get there!

This morning it appears like I have actually lost just over 1 lbs since 17th April. <does a wee Irish jig>

I won't be posting much until the 3 May as I will be off to Amsterdam v early tomorrow.

 Have a great day!
:sunglasses: I know I will!!! :sunglasses:

@TerriRichardson112 I am not a scale fan as you all know. I keep mine in the basement so I don't step on it everyday or every hour and drive myself crazy. Hopefully I won't have to replace mine any time soon . I hope you have a great time in Amsterdam you should be able to get in a ton of steps. :)
today I m hoping for decent weather so I can go outside for a walk at lunch.
I want to up the water which is going to be hard as I am in drive thru. Nearly impossible to run to the bathroom.
    Have a great day everyone!!!

    @2020pinktogo weird isn't it! Stepping
On mine daily is what keeps me sane, so I don't constantly speculate, I find it encouraging if it seems to be moving down and even more encouraging if it doesn't.

On that note, I stayed the same this first 10 days, I'm not surprised but still slightly annoyed with myself. But now life is back to normal I'm back on the waggon proper. I've never been so happy that we can't afford to eat out for a month or so, yay! I'm promising myself a loss by the next milestone. Chucking it down here today, so I think a relaxing day watching supernatural with the hubby Is in order. Have a great one!

@TerriRichardson112 Great job on your weight loss. Enjoy Amsterdam.

@2020pinktogo I have the same problem. I have to time when I drink, to when I will be able to use the restroom.

@catvlmack Way to look at the positive. No fast food for a month could be a great weight loss tool.

Ugh, I have had a horrible two days. For some reason, I needed to eat everything in sight. My weight has gone up 5 pounds this week. I am not sure why. I know, I didn't go that crazy. Haven't done a crazy amount of exercise either. I am hoping for a big woosh this weekend. Otherwise, I might just cry. Yesterday, I didn't even make goals. Blah.

Okay, I am done whining. Time for a fresh start.

    Today's Goals:
    Stay under Calories!!!!!!!
    80 ounces of water
3 hours of roller skating. (going to 2 skate sessions today. Total of 4.5 hours.)
25000 steps (FItbit counts my skating as steps.)
    Focus at work!
    Do not snap at people
    Stay positive.

Thanks for being here guys! Have a great Thursday.

@TerriRichardson112 I hope you have a fabulous time. You will reach your goals no matter what I know you will.
@2020pinktogo You can do it. I hope the weather breaks for you today.
@catvlmack Holding steady is far better than having a gain. It shows that you are doing the right thing. Your loss will show soon.
@jdelaroy Hang in there. We all have those days. Just keep at it.

I had a nice loss yesterday. THEN i ate Chinese food for dinner, LATE on top of that, and woke up with a small gain. BUT i know its just sodium and maybe a little muscle repair water weight so i am not worried.
Week 2 has started off nicely...
    1) Keep within my calorie goal 5/7 Days
    DONE 3/7
    2) Drink a min of 75 oz of water PER DAY.
    DONE 100oz+
    3) Run 3+ days per week
    rain delay 0/7
    4) Reach my step goal of 14k 7/7 DAY
    DONE 3/7
    5) Begin Jillian's 30 day shred(M/T/TH/SAT) AND The Metabolic Aftershock workout(M/W/F) on MONDAY APRIL 24th, after Jillian's 30 days are done (5/24/17)
Continue the Aftershock workout and add the 9 ABS workout.
    Day 3 DONE

Today I will be doing 30 Day Shred and hope to get out and run/walk this afternoon. Weather hasn't dried out yet.

@MonicaA2013, nice clear goals and you are doing so great!

Good morning everyone! Due to my goof up I am leaving milestone 1 open today for those who need corrections of their starting weights to contact me for a correction.
I have seen some nice numbers though, so nice start. I can see I didn't help the cause whatsoever I was up just a little.

Yesterday was the first time in 2 weeks I think I was under calories and the scale was up .4, way to add insult to injury lol But that's ok, I was on the right track so just need to stay focused and regain my discipline.
Praying for nice weather soon, since Easter weekend the weather has been miserable, cold, snow, cloudy, gloomy and wet. Yuck. There is a chance of sun this weekend so I am holding out some hope.
Went to yin yoga last night, it's ok but I love the hot flow so much more. However was unable to get there tonight so I went last night.

    Today's goals:
    20 min cardio - done
    stay under calories
    weather depending work in yard
    laundry
    meditation

    Have a wonderful day everyone

@MonicaA2013 Great job on all the exercise! You are doing an amazing job! I don't know how you do it when you're on your feet all day at work too!!
@jdelaroy - it's ok, we all go through times like this. It could be hormones, stress, just try to keep drinking water to keep your tummy full :) lately when I'm like this I try to get up and go for a walk to see if I can "forget" about being hungry.

Yesterday was a good day. Had our lovely sushi yesterday and strawberries for dessert. Love having better fruit again! Tonight we're going to the local shelter to pet kitties, we're starting to look for a new family member; ours passed away last year but we're taking it slow and not jumping on the first one :)

    Update on this week:

    Logging! 3/7
    Water, water, water 3/7
    10,000 + steps per day 3/7
Yoga (at least 6 times this week) 3/7
Net carbs 40 or under 1/7 (sushi took me over my net 40 grams carbs, but so worth it!)

    Hi guys,

Happy Thursday Pals! Loving some of the weight-ins, you guys are smashing it!!!

I started the week off well but have had a few 'snacks' the past few days which I really need to stop doing. I really need to get my head back in the game!

@Kenda2427 Amazing effort for having a good day calorie wise. Give it a couple of days and this will start to show on the scales I am sure! Thank you also for sorting the spreadsheet. You are a lot better with computers than I am!!!

Thank you all for your positive energy regarding my interview. Clearly it has paid off as I have been invited to a second interview with them next week! Hopefully I will sleep better the night before on this one.

    Today's Goals:

    Morning workout
    Take bunny to vets
    Prep lunches for tomorrow
    Ironing (bore)
    Stay under calorie goal

    Good morning flowers!!!

@ariel1116 congratulations on that nice loss!!!

@GrandmaJackie make sure to take a picture of your old ID and compare it to your new one :) Best of luck with the next days having the hubby around!

@Skipper111 nice going with the interview! Best of luck for the next one!

@Kenda2427 super duper thanks for the work you do on the spreadsheet! Funny how a low calorie day brings you up a few ounces :) it happened to me too this morning. We just have to roll with the punches.

@TerriRichardson112 may you enjoy Amsterdam to its fullest!!!

Yesterday went pretty nice: good calories, lots of walking outside, training and chin-ups all done. Weight this morning: up 0.2 lb lol.

Today's goals are to have a great day: eat within calories/macros, train, do the chin-ups, hit the steps, drink the water and sleep well.

    Let's have a fabulous Thursday!!!

    -hit macros/calories
    -work 5 hrs
    -go to bed early

    Goals for the week:
    -run 20 km (9/20)
    -hit calorie goal daily (3/7)
    -no alcohol (3/6)
-hit protein & carb macros daily (3/6)
    -work at least 28hrs (11/28)
    -do 15 minutes of house/yard work (1/7)

    Have a great day!

    DAY 11:

Good evening! Thank you all so much for your advice about my friend and how important my gym time is. Honestly I do let myself get walked all over. I don't like to say no to people and this just helps in me getting taken advantage of all the time. Turns out this friend had an emergency come up that same day and I wound up watching all 3 of her kids until 9pm! Once all mine came hope I had 6 kids here screaming and running around. I had such a bad headache by the end of it. Whatever its done. Yesterday was another day where my plans went to hell. I had my appointment with the anesthesiologist in the morning and I figured when I was done there I would go to the gym and be back by lunch time when my kids come home (no school lunches in France and on Wednesdays they only go half day). Well that didn't happen because I waited for 2 hours to be seen for about 10 minutes. So annoying. What's the point of having an appointment if you have to wait 2 hours! Rushed home because my kids were waiting for me outside the house in the rain. I had set up several appointments with people coming to buy some of my kids old toys so I couldn't go to the gym in the afternoon either. Argh. Hate when nothing goes right. I didn't do great with food either. I am happy I got to go to the gym today.. I KILLED it on cardio. Then I got home and got a call from daycare that the baby is running a fever.....he cant go back tomorrow. SIGH! SO tomorrow wont go as planned either. Cant even do an outdoor walk with him cause its been pouring down for days. I will attempt a workout here at home when he naps. I'm so bad at doing stuff at home. Ok that's all the complaining for today.

@lpeltenburg - I hear ya on the house chores. I did some major spring cleaning last weekend but haven't been able to do anything since. Its raining here and my dogs keep bringing in mud....I gave up after day 2. my floors are filthy.

    @ariel1116 - Fantastic loss!! that's a lb a day!! WOWZA!

@GrandmaJackie - I am the same when hubby is home. I cant function properly when he is around. Good luck!

@TerriRichardson112 - Glad you like your new scale. I always like knowing what the difference will be. WOW 7 lbs! Have a wonderful time on my side of the pond! Have a wonderful time!

    MY GOALS:

    - COMPLETE 4 GYM SESSIONS THIS WEEK
    2/4 GYM SESSIONS COMPLETED
    - DRINK ATLEAST 3 LITERS OF WATER 7/7 DAYS
    3/7 DAYS COMPLETED
    - NO CARBS FOR DINNER 5/7 DAYS
    2/5 DAYS COMPLETED
    - EAT VEGGIES AT EVERY MEAL 5/7 DAYS
    2/7 DAYS COMPLETED
    - LOG EVERYTHING IN MY DIARY 7/7 DAYS (THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY)
    3/7 DAYS COMPLETED

@danelutza19 Great job on your goals yesterday. Not a bad weight gain. You should have gone the bathroom first! lol Keep up the great work!

Yesterday was a blah day for me. It was cold and rainy out. I was barely under my calories, but went way over on carbs & fats for the day!! I did drop 1.8lbs for the first milestone--to never see again! Onward I go!

    Today I will
Drink at least 9 glasses of water (already have 6 done!)
    Go on a walk
Journal/Log everything today as I put it in my mouth (done so far)
    Watch carbs & fat today
    Eat more veggies!
    laundry

    Have an awesome Thurday!! B)
