Morning,

@2020pinktogo I hope your checkup went well.

We enjoyed our mini getaway to Portland, it's a gorgeous place to visit. Of course, we came back to rain, go figure, lol. Today's the forecast calls for sun, yay. Since the beginning of the week calls for heavy rain, :#:'(:# Today's goals are to catch up on laundry, :|;) Also making goals for May since May will be a super busy month.

@fitphoenix sounds lovely where you live, it's blowing a gale here today, but worried I'm going to lose the washing over the fence!
@GrandmaJackie sounds like you had a good time. Don't you find there's something so satisfying in getting all the laundry done!

So today is more work on the dreaded essay, oh well. We get up at 5am so my days are a bit shifted compared to most and I've usually done my 10,000 steps by 8am. All that is just justifying the fact that we went to bed at 6.30 last night, and I fully intend on doing the same today! Snuggled up watching tv with the cats, it's the small things!
Hope you are all having a fab day

@GrandmaJackie, hope the rain isn't too horrible! I feel much better when I've caught up on my laundry, lol. Hope the rain isn't as bad as predicted for you in the upcoming days.

@catvlmack, my schedule is a lot like yours! I get up very early and am normally in bed by about 7pm. I was up late Friday night, and have been trying to get back to my regular schedule. I love the quiet time working out and getting ready in the morning before most people are even awake.

I got my workout in and am otherwise trying to take it easy today, as it's likely to be another crazy busy week at work. I need to look a few things up for my trip at the end of July, and otherwise, I don't have much in the way of goals. Hope everyone has a great day!

    Good morning flowers!!!

@fitphoenix it's good to have a simple day to collect yourself before the star of the new week!! Have fun today!!!

@KayKallsen52 family time is so precious. Glad to hear you're ready for action!

Yesterday was very mellow, not to much in the activity department but all goals achieved even with a slight negative adjustment to the calories.

Today's another rainy day here, I'm ready to leave the house and do something fun :) the goals for the day are to eat within calories/macros, do my chin-ups, reach steps, drink my water and sleep good, maybe even try an earlier bedtime.

    Let's have a fabulous Sunday!!!

    Happy Sunday!

@danelutaz19: hope you find something fun to do today. It is a very grey day here!

This week has been a success overall. I have not run as much as I wanted but I can't seem to run fast anyway, so I don't think I am going to decrease my 5km time, no matter how much I run. It seems eating keto has slowed me down for some weird reason. I have been heavier, run less, but always run faster.. After my race is done next Sunday I will probably just go back to weight lifting & walking or some sort of HIIT on non weight lifting days to see how that goes.

    Today's goals:
    -hit macros/calories
    -Clean bedroom & kitchen
    -go to bed early

    Goals for the week:
    -run 20 km (9/20)
-hit calorie goal daily (6/7) (I was over on calories yesterday, but under on many other days)
-no alcohol (5/6) (might end up being 6 today!)
-hit protein & carb macros daily (6/6)
-work at least 28hrs (27.5/28) (almost made it!)
-do 15 minutes of house/yard work (3/7) (next will be better!)

As it has been with a lot of you it's raining here too.
Yesterday I got the chores done. Today I am just chilling.
I ordered my mom a mother's day gift now that she will be here and not with my sister.
One of those things you think okay switch from plan A to plan B.
Dr' s apt went well just have to have blood work to check out I don't have the same issue my sister does.
    Goals for the week
    Up the water
    Stay in the calorie zone
    Exercise daily
