Week 4, how did you do? Where are you finding success and where are you finding difficulties? Are you following the mini challenges? I have one coming up this week, which might be helpful to you late night snackers. I have been trying it out this week and have found great success in curbing that snacking. Let me know how you did this week

    @kayjosh2422 the mini challenges are great. I look forward to a new one this week. Can you please tell me exactly which one of the threads we are suppose to post our progress on the 100 day walking challenge? It appears there are a couple being posted to with other info also. I'm just a little confused and want to post correctly for the challenges. Thanks.

    My successes have been completing the challenges. My struggles continue to be staying with a diet plan. My goal is to focus on eating correctly and cutting out processed food and sugars.

    weight for this week is 210.5.

    I'm doing awesome at keeping my water intake up! I'm still averaging about 10-12 cups of water daily. Still eating pretty good, with a few occasional snacks. And About every other day or so I'm doing one of the walking workouts on YouTube (walk away the pounds or something like that.)

    So I'm going to be weighing every other week from now, just to keep some sanity. :) Hope everyone is doing well!!
