Exercise? 20 mins strength/cardio circuit and managed to fit 1.5 hours of gardening in, such a nice day again

Calories? Yes and didn't use any exercise calories today which is unusual for me3 -

Good morning everyone, looking forward to a day full of sunshine, happiness, healthy eating and exercise. Going to friends for supper tonight but I CAN DO THIS. May have to use some of my exercise calories but that is okay. Will be back tonight to check-in. Hope everyone has a GREAT day......
@RangerRickL inside day and conferences are often more tiring than being able to move around. Hope you can make the most of it.

Saturday is my weigh in day. Down .8 pounds. Yay!! My total loss is 3 pounds. Slow and steady wins the race. Have a great day everyone.3

You know how all you want is something but you refuse to go to the store and get it as its on sale tomorrow and you keep telling yourself you can wait a day. My sister bought me a new fit bit as mine died and it arrived today. It only took me 2 hours to get the new computer to accept everything and delete my old account to accept the new one. I was getting to the point of where I wanted to call my daughter to take my lap top over to her house and use her internet. But I got it all to work I feel so in control. LOL My sister was like are you there yet I was nope she's like REALLY????
Ran over to mom and dad's this morning that's why I wasn't on bright and early as I had stuff to do for them. Mom and dad call I go
My blood work came back excellent I just have to work on the stress.4 -
Today and yesterday yes x 3. Weather's been nicer so been able to get outside for lots of walking and gardening. Keep meaning to find my skipping rope/jump rope to try Rick's challenge.3

@am_change I did make believe jump rope Okay I don't know how I would do with the rope as my legs were killing me just pretending. My hubby was pretending with me and we had some awesome moves I think the dog thinks we are nuts. Laughter is good for the soul. LOL3

I hated my workout today, it was a lot of strength training lol but it kicked my butt and got me out of my comfort zone.4 -

Exercise: I went out after the all day meeting and did a fast paced 44 minutes of walking along the harbor4 -

calories yes.......even though we had an awesome supper at a friends place I managed to eat what I wanted and still stay within my calorie allowance.......woohoo YAY me!

Oh My Gato! - It should always feel this good to lie down, or that's what one of my favorite exercise class instructors used to say. It just means to say that I've had a very busy day and I've worked hard. It feels really good to take a stop and rest.
Today was my daughter's college graduation. I am very proud and pleased for her and very grateful she has a positive future. It was not always so. We had family from both sides of the marriage join us for a celebratory dinner. It was wonderful to have so many loved ones. I am also glad to have it behind me!
exercise - yes - hiked all over campus, cooked and got ready since the wee hours.

@2020pinktogo - invisible make believe jump rope may just be the most awesome exercise ever invented!! I envision some pretty amazing tricks. Lol.
