Occasionally, when I am flying for business purposes, I fly first class. Yesterday, the handsome young man above was my seatmate. After we were about 30 minutes into the flight, I asked him, "What are you doing that is causing you to write so energetically?" His response was pure high level theoretical math with citations from the history books of the human genius, such as Pythagoras; Einstein; Newton, Da Vinci, and many more. We were engaged in animated conversation for the rest of the flight. Late into the flight, when I excused myself to visit the restroom, the flight attendant asked me, "Is he regaling you with stories about how famous he is?" I answered, "No, I am clueless about celebrities." Later, he, Terrance Howard, told me that he is the lead actor on a hit TV series entitled Empire.
All, I know about him is that he is a brilliant, handsome and caring person.

Rick I am just like you probably worse as I can do many things but the tv remote is not one of them. I may watch tv with my hubby but I do believe old westerns etc most of those people I would never run into. LOL Time to put in my miles have a great day everyone.4

I realised today how much I more slowly I eat now. I had a meeting at 1pm today and after going for a run I was left with 15 minutes to eat my lunch which should have been plenty of time but I actually found it quite tricky.
Exercise? Yes, cycled to work and went for a run at lunchtime.
Tracking? Yes
Calories? Yes, managed to get closer to my target than the last couple of days but still under.4 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked at 3km in 45 minutes (hills - slower pace because with teenage daughter - great to walk and talk).
Calories?: Yes. (Was so far under after dinner that even a treat of 50g of white chocolate after dinner did not take me to my budget even without exercise).
Tracked?: Yes.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE Hope everyone has a GREAT day! Voting day here in BC. Will be a busy day, Aquamotion, doctors appointment, drug store for meds, going to vote and then I finally get to go home. Hopefully the sun will still be out when I get home so I can sit on the deck and have a cup of tea. Have to admit a few months ago it would have been a glass of wine....LOL Right now I am off to my stationary bike3

Just been catching up on the last few days and wow what a lot has been going on! @pears734 wow wow wow to the weight loss. @2020pinktogo your family are so lucky! And graduations, and work travel and celebrities and still finding the time to check in here. Well done to all who simply find the time to simply say yes yes yes.
For me, I'm in a haze of a busy time at work, busy at home and busy studying with 3 exams coming up soon. This month is whizzing by in a blur. It's my birthday this weekend. I'd already agreed to going out for dinner with my husband and my sisters won't stop pestering me to go for afternoon tea with them (very stereotypically British, I know!) but there's no way I'm eating all day and hijacking my hard work.3 -

Very tired as I try to get back into the work week after a trip to a different time zone.
Calories: very good and below limit
Tracking: ok
Exercise: walking only. I plan on a cardio morning tomorrow.4 -

Rick- I used an app called. pic collage. It is super easy to use, at least on iOS.
Yes x 3. Crushed it today. Ran 85 min. Then needed to loosen up so walked 50 min during one of my kids' practices.5 -

Exercise? Yes; 62 minutes of strength training, 25 minutes of running, a 32 minute walk, and a 45 minute hike -- busy day off of work
Calories? Yes; my calorie limit on MFP was lowered, since I've lost weight and created a new weight loss goal for myself. It will take some adjustment, but thus far my exercise calories have helped me stay under.

No, no and no.
No exercise and derailed my eating in the evening. It was the first day on an entirely different transcription software for work, and it was kind of stressful. To wind down I stress ate last night, not a binge, but just got derailed. I am spending time babysitting my niece today (Wednesday), so I'm definitely looking forward to that.
How cool is that that you got to meet a celebrity!! I would have been just jumping up and down that a met a famous person...LOL!4 -
