Exercised?: Yes. Walked 7.5km in 85 minutes (hills - one of the toughest walks I've done).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

@RangerRickL Thanks for the kind words yesterday. I encourage where I can. This is hard enough as is. At times all of us need support.

    Today's report:
Calories: under limit, but I am out of balance, in that, I am having to many of my calories in the evening. I know it works better when my calories are more evenly allocated through the day
    Tracking: ok
Exercise: lots of stretching as I was very tight with muscle knots

@RangerRickL, thanks I am excited to see a light at the end of this tunnel
@lovesretirement & @aeshippers I have been suffering with a lot of leg pain for almost 3 years now. For over 2 years they were telling me there was something wrong with my legs and diagnosed me with several different ailments. Finally my physiotherapist told my doctor he thought it was my back, not my legs at all as I was getting worse not better. Discovered I had severe spinal stenosis and degenerate discs. Anyway I finally got to see a back doctor and he put a rush on my surgery, so it took 2 1/2 years to diagnose and 6 months to get me an appointment with a specialist and a surgery booked. So I know it will be a long recovery but at least I can now see it happening!

@pribud Fantastic that physio and doctor help find the cause of the problem. Hope the June surgery rolls around quickly and your life can continue without leg pain (after recovery).

Many years ago my father had back surgery to alleviate pinched nerves causing leg pain (and back pain). I found later that had he not been diagnosed and had the surgery, there was a real chance of paraplegia. He recovered from the surgery in about a month and had no more issues.

Hoping your recovery will be as fast as my fathers.
