Well done @2020pinktogo and @lovesretirement for getting your exercise in nice and early
@phoebelayla - nice photos yesterday, I really like the purple daisy but not sure what it is.
@RangerRickL - hope you're feeling less tired today and can get over the jet lag quickly.
Fog came down during my cycle to work this morning and hung around all day so by the time I was getting home I was cycling in the dark and fog, not the best conditions. Looks like it will be a car day tomorrow as they are forecasting heavy rain for the morning . I also did 20 minutes of strength and cardio circuit.
Tracking and calories were good too.5 -

@lovesretirement & @aeshippers I have been suffering with a lot of leg pain for almost 3 years now. For over 2 years they were telling me there was something wrong with my legs and diagnosed me with several different ailments. Finally my physiotherapist told my doctor he thought it was my back, not my legs at all as I was getting worse not better. Discovered I had severe spinal stenosis and degenerate discs. Anyway I finally got to see a back doctor and he put a rush on my surgery, so it took 2 1/2 years to diagnose and 6 months to get me an appointment with a specialist and a surgery booked. So I know it will be a long recovery but at least I can now see it happening!0 -
Exhausting day coming to an end here.

@pribud Fantastic that physio and doctor help find the cause of the problem. Hope the June surgery rolls around quickly and your life can continue without leg pain (after recovery).
Many years ago my father had back surgery to alleviate pinched nerves causing leg pain (and back pain). I found later that had he not been diagnosed and had the surgery, there was a real chance of paraplegia. He recovered from the surgery in about a month and had no more issues.
Hoping your recovery will be as fast as my fathers.
