Hey, @aeshippers - You have been doing such a great job being consistent and rocking those workouts, and an example to us all of a healthy lifestyle.
@pribud- I wanted to chime in too about being happy for you. Glad you found out about the spinal stenosis and that surgery looks like a good option for you. You and your husband will be quite the pair this summer.
So, lots of us have been putting in a lot of time at work, so I am adding this pic for the day to remind us to put our health first......

Weigh in day today and I am down .8lbs new total is 22 lbs. WOOHOO. Was hoping to be down at least 25 lbs before my surgery and I DO believe I can do this! Will check in later with my positive results for the day. Happy Friday everyone and if your happy and you know it......

Sorry about the mess up on which day was Friday. I got home about midnight last night. I was very tired.
Today, I went to see my 86 year old Mom and give her some flowers and some time.
And...like all days when I go to see my Mom.. it's a Pass Day!!
No excuses and it's ok...at times

Another pass day today. Taking care of my cold. I am still tracking and within my calorie limit but no exercise. I believe rest is the best medicine. @RangerRickL happy you visited your mom. Taking care of relationships is a healthy habit.3
