Have to take a pass day today for 13 calories I did not have access to the program till last night so I wrote everything down, when I did get to record everything this morning I was over by thirteen calories...........unbelieveable. First day of our mini vacation.

My goal is to maintain this week. I will be eating my exercise calories for sure but good thing is that I have an exercise bike on the resort plus daily aquafit. If I had of got to record every thing in here last night I would have gone for a walk around the hotel.......lol...1 -
A shocking month for finding time to post sorry. That elusive winner's circle slips away again. I've had a fitbit for maybe 2 months now and each week when it gives my my weekly report my resting heart rate is lower which I'm pleased with.
