Hi everyone! Hope you guys are having week so far. I've had a setback this week, not going to be able to excersize the way for a little while due to an injury. Definitely not good for the motivation, but I'm still staying on plan foodwise. That's a plus.

Awesome! Exercise is important but food is everything. I have lost 27.5lbs by simply changing the way I eat, not even exercise!0
