@RejsGirl What you did WAS exercise, lol! And pretty strenuous at that. And that planning is important, too.

@everyone Don't be so hard on yourselves. We may struggle from time to time, but we persevere!!!
Through injuries, traumas, and heartaches, we keep on bouncing back.

    Good morning my beautiful flowers.

    @lilymay2 They are calling for spring showers all week. Luckily, I love the rain.

    This weekend my niece graduated school, and my big sister (Best friend) came into town for the weekend. I was so busy partying and enjoying family time, my food and exercise went out the window. I am okay with this. Everyone needs a break from serious weight loss/exercise work. The scale shows I am up 6 pounds from a week and a half ago. I think some of it is water weight, and some is new muscle. I have been working on a 30 day squat challenge. Today, I am ready to refocus and get back on track. I have decided at the beginning of June, I will reweigh myself, and do the body fat/muscle composition at the gym to get a really good idea where I am at. I want to really focus on losing weight.

    Today's Goals:
    Under Calories
    80 Ounces of Water
    15000 steps
    Squats (185 of them)
    Get a new phone
    Pantry
    Business books
    Hotel for 7k
    Refill prescriptions
    Focus/stay positive at work.

    Going to be another busy day folks. We can do it.

    @jdelaroy I'm glad you enjoyed yourself over the weekend!!! That body composition test will be fun to have and will fire you up even more for progress!

    Yesterday was so gloomy and my energy tanks were empty. Despite all that, I had a great day. Roller skating was amazing and I learned new tricks :) and when it came down to doing my last set of 5 chin-ups, I was able to do them with a neutral grip. Food was better than expected since I got into bed early and didn't have to worry about snacks.

    Today's a new week so back to the usual 6 goals:
    Eat within calories/macros
    Training
    15 chin-ups
    10,000 steps
    1 gallon of water
    8 hours of sleep

    Happy Victoria Day to any Canadians out there. I'm enjoying the long weekend. I packed away some clothes that are now too big which I can give to charity, did some mending, dusted and vacuumed, and am now going to watch the new Doctor Who episode with a mug of tea and a homemade peanut butter pie tart.

    Still taking it easy with my ankle, but it is definitely feeling better than it did at the end of last week. Going to give it a couple more days before I test out if I can run on it.

    Woo Hoo the apt. is empty we turned in keys. Come this weekend we are going to go through everything we put in mom's garage.
