    LTGW: Between 150-160.

    Weigh ins: Wednesdays
    4/30/17 = 170.6 (Using this as my start point since it was my last April weight)
    5/3/17= 166.4 (-4.2)
    5/10/17= 165 (-1.4)
    5/17/17= 165 (no change)
    5/24/17= 165 (no change)
    5/31/17=

    Total WL for the month= -5.6
    No change is clearly better than a gain. I know that I need to find time to exercise again. Lately the bosses have called with urgent matters on the days I plan to walk at lunch. Thunderstorms and lightening meant no swim last night so I'll give it a shot again tonight. We have a family 5K on Saturday so that will help too. I need to get moving again. Great loss Mike, keep up the hard work everyone. Congrats to the many moms-to-be!

    Another crazy week. Not a lot of sleep (kills weight loss efforts), and Brooke, I feel your pain with the interrupted lunchtime walking. My daily run streak is still going, with 316 miles / 509 km for the year. CICO wasn't as good this week, stress eating and late-night snacking during all-nighters. No lifting this week, but I got some pushups and bodyweight stuff in when I could. I will be soooo happy when I am done with my current project and I can start taking better care of myself again.

    Total WL for the month= -7
    I don't know if this is exactly a loss but my home scale was acting all wonky, constantly needing battery replacement, etc, and I got a replacement for my birthday so I'll be using this scale from here on out. The family 5K Saturday was AWESOME. It was our best pace yet, under 55 minutes (which was 8 min faster than my 5K with SIL on 5/1), which is pretty decent for a walking pace pushing a stroller on some unpaved trails. From time to time my husband asked me to slow down for him but I still pushed a good pace for both of us. The best part was seeing my 22 month old daughter run and walk her first 1K! I was so proud to be leading her by example. Today I am doing phase 2 of a 3 part plan to try to get things back on track. I'll be seeing a bariatric counselor to try to make sure my guilt and grief don't derail me (I'm historically a stress and grief eater). I'm being open about this to show any of you who are having similar issues that it is OK to reach out. You've got this everyone!

    Sorry I went MIA for a few months, found out I am pregnant so been kinda busy... Not trying to lose weight right now, just keep track of my weight gains and losses... :blush:

    Brooke, glad to hear that your family 5K went so well!

    This was an unusually hellish month with regard to work/life balance. I didn't quite make my goal, although I would have had I left my original 294 alone. Lesson learned: stick to the plan. With that said...

    Wins:
    - My crazy project with unrealistic deadlines is done, and I am looking forward to a more normal level of crazy for June.
    - I dropped out of the Obese III category for BMI. But God...
    - Running streak still going at 152 days as of June 1, with 328 miles / 529 km logged for the year.

    Foci for next month:
    - More and better sleep
    - More and better running
    - Any lifting at all
