Good morning, all. It's hard to believe that tomorrow is Milestone 4. Good luck on those pesky scales!!!

@2020pinktogo You have been through a lot. Kudos for keeping it real, and stepping out of your comfort zone.
@Kenda2427 That's so true. We just have to keep plugging away at it.
@danelutza19 Life is full of Peaks and Troughs. It's what adds spice! I try to go with the flow.
@GrandmaJackie It's difficult to know when we hit maintenance, Jackie. Our desire to lose just a few more lbs often blinds us to what our bodies are telling us. And we forget that when we start to exercise more, our size and shape can change but the weight stays the same or even goes up as we build lean muscle. As you say, our health and fitness is not a quick fix, but a lifetime commitment.

Our Greatness is not what we have! It is what we achieve!!! And we are all achieving greatness, one day at a time.

    Good morning flowers!!!

@TerriRichardson112 I can't thank you enough for the positive vibes you bring; They brighten up everything!

@GrandmaJackie that walk to the gym is a great idea. As for the weekend, I'm sure you will do just fine if you balance your treats with some activity.

Yesterday I was totally prepared to take it easy and accept that not everyday is a PR. Clearly, I have no idea of what I'm capable off because once I did my warmup, I had an outstanding training session. I won't be playing the "what can I do today" game in the morning anymore. Chin-ups wise, I started doing them in sets of 6 and so far it's manageable. The count for the year is over 1,600 so I will reach my goal of 2017 chin-ups pretty soon.

Today's focus will be on the usual goals: eat within calories/macros, train, do chin-ups, hit the steps, water and lots of sleep.

    Let's have a fabulous Thursday!!!

    Good morning everyone!

@Danelutza19 you never cease to amaze me at what you accomplish daily and your training sessions are outstanding!
Me, I am so sore today from Tuesday nights Running Plus class I can barely stand upright lol Goes to show just how quickly we can lose our conditioning. So I got some serious work to do this summer.

Did not have a stellar day yesterday, we had a terrible wind and rain storm so there was no going outside although I did have to walk my fence line to assess the damage. I know what my workouts on the weekend will consist of. Clearing fallen trees and helping the hubby fix our broken fence. Plus the extreme low pressure system heralded a severe headache so I laid pretty low for the evening.

    Today's goals:
    mindful food choices
    walk the dog - done
    1 hr hot yoga class

Have a great Thursday everyone! Milestone day tomorrow
