I was so relaxed yesterday, I forgot to post! Lol!
@lpeltenburg @danelutza19 Time out is good for the soul, whether relaxing, or at a carnival.
@GrandmaJackie The odd Mac doesn't do too much harm, and it sounds like you will soon work it off. Have fun with the family.
@fitphoenix Congrats on your 5k performance. And rest up. You have earned it.
I have had a very chilled out weekend. Got lots done in the garden and walking in the fresh air. Spent time with my daughter and grandsons yesterday afternoon. Today is dull and damp, but I have indoor goals, so no worries. Up a few lbs this morning, but not entirely unexpected on a holiday weekend.
Every day, to help me achieve my weight loss goal, I will:
Prelog food ✅ 3/10 : follow through 2/10 One or two blips.
Do 15+ minutes each of Strength ✅ 3/10 : Flexibility ✅ 3/10
Do 10000+ steps. 2/10
Drink a minimum of 8 cups liquid. 2/10
Take part in Sole Mates/100 More Days Challenges. ✅ 3/10
Refrain from eating after 8 pm 7/10 days each week. 2/7
Refrain from eating after 9pm 3/10 days of my choice each 10 days 0/3

@TerriRichardson112, glad you've got indoor goals for your bank holiday. It's rainy here, but I've got meetings right before and right after my lunch hour, so I'll probably walk inside instead of outside, so it won't matter too much.
Hope everyone in the UK and US is having a great holiday Monday! (I guess I can't complain since we Canadians got Victoria Day last week.)0 -
Good morning flowers!!!
@TerriRichardson112 and @fitphoenix you both have great indoor plans. I love that you're making the best of everyday!
Yesterday was just the day I wanted. Calories and macros worked out great even with going out to eat. We spent way to much time driving but we did go down to Chicago and had a great time. The only bad part was the sleep... totally missed my bedtime and I'm a bit of a mess today.
Today's a holiday so I'm not doing the usual Monday schedule and that's great because I'm too tired. The only things on my agenda are calories/macros, chin-ups, steps, water and as much sleep as I can.
Let's have a fabulous Monday!!!

Today was suppose to be at my parents. I just couldn't go. Last night I got up in the middle of the night to take a bath just to soak to try and release the pressure in my back and joints. My weight is still going up but now I am wondering if this is something to do with inflammation. I am watching my food intake but I have been doing all the lifting and moving. I told my mom I was just tired I didn't want to worry her. I just got a clean bill of health from the doctor but I am sure if he saw me today I would have gotten a lecture. I have to say that this is an eye opener. I know my body well enough to say that I have thrown my fibromyalgia into overdrive . Just need to settle every thing back down.0
