@fitphoenix It's difficult at times to fit in exercise, so well done. Whatever it takes! And, Enjoy that day off with your friends.
@mari_moulin @MonicaA2013 Glad to see you are both still with us.
@mari_moulin RL can get like that. Try little things to keep the mind active. And sending positive thoughts your way.
@MonicaA2013 Keep at it, and it will happen.
@2020pinktogo Knowing your limits is more than half the battle. It's great that you are listening to what your body is saying.
@Kenda2427 Good job on the garden. Wait until you get to eat your first bit of homegrown produce. Mmmmm... I'm watching my strawberries ripening as I type. There will just about be enough for dessert this evening.
@danelutza19 I agree! Why put off being happy, when you can choose to be happy now.
@jdelaroy Please don't put yourself down, and keep going! You are stronger than you think!
The past is your lesson! The present is your engine! The future is your motivation!
Celebrate your Awesomeness! And, keep going, no matter what life throws at you.

Good morning, happy hump day! I think I am going to really have to listen to @TerriRichardson112 advice to keep going no matter what life throws at you. I am really struggling this challenge after have a fantastic one last time. So much upheaval and so busy that I am way up in weight and I just can't get it reined in. Just have to breath and take it as it comes. Stay active and positive and do what I can.
Running Plus nearly killed me again last night, +28 and trying to run and do drills, lord have mercy lol. But I survived and I am not sore like I was last week so I will take that as a good sign. Supposed to be 30 today, so it is going to be a scorcher!
Today's goals:
eat to my plan
hydrate
water garden
clean paddock
quick upper body strength training
Stop mindless snacking
Have a great day everyone! Take time to stop and smell the roses and enjoy life.0 -

Today's Goa;s:
Stay in the green
80 ounces of water
15000 steps
lunch walk/run
gym time
Finish last day of 30 day squats!
Have a great one everyone.0 -
Good morning flowers!!!
@jdelaroy a schedule change can easily take you off track for a few days. Be patient with yourself and start fresh!!!
Yesterday was good, managed to hit all my goals so I have some momentum going into today.
The usual goals are here to stay: good calories/macros, training, chin-ups, steps, water and sleep.
Let's have a fabulous Wednesday!!!0 -
Morning,
@jdelaroy, sorry about your headache and glad you were able to get a good night's sleep. Take one day at a time, that's all we can do sometimes. You can do this!
Decided to stop in early to check in, it seems the days are flying away from me. June is going to be super busy for me since I might be gone for two weeks at my daughter's instead of one.
Once, I've decide to not stress about tiny things, things start becoming easier to deal with. The only things I have control is what goes into my mouth. That being said, what's helping me tremendously is not snacking at night.
Remember life's too short not to have fun! Let's make this the best day!
Today's goals
1. Morning workout ✅
2. Strength (Monthly Challenge/Tyrell Darebee)
3. Start plan meals at my daughter's for a couple weeks
4. Wampus cardio - YouTube
5. Yoga with Blocks

@GrandmaJackie, I know what you mean about the days flying by. I meant to check in here this morning, but it's my bedtime instead! Two weeks would be a nice long visit with your daughter! Not stressing about the tiny things is definitely a good idea as often as we can manage it.
I signed up for two 5Ks today, one in mid-September, and one in early November. Having finished last week's 5K in 32 minutes, I'd really like to try to train up and get those two done in under 30 minutes. I'm going to do my best!
Happy Wednesday, everyone!0 -
