Yesterday I spent most of the day out and about with my daughters. Lots of walking, but lunch choice was not the best, although still just managed to stay under daily calories goal.
Day 4 of my new daily exercise routine. I am increasing the reps a little each day.
✅ Morning Workout ✅
Warm-up: 10 Burpees; 5 minutes marching
15 x Alt front Lunge/knee lift
15 x back lunge/cross knee lift
30 secs sumo squat sideways walk
30 secs stepped squats
30 secs wall sits
60 secs up/down stairs
30 secs speed shuffle
✅ 30-day Butt Challenge
Day 4: 11 squats; 11 fire hydrants; 8 push-ups; 20 heel kicks
✅ Cool down: 20 minutes Tai Chi/Yoga
Step goal: 10,000+

@TerriRichardson112: that is a good morning work out. Good for you! Burpees are my least favourite exercise.
@Kenda2427 : Sorry to hear about your fur baby. So sad. They are such a part of our lives.
Yesterday I ended up working after the soccer game. I was able to move a load of 10L chlorine jugs onto the porch. It did not increase my pain level. I think it is time to suck it up & start moving dispute the pain. I used my right hand to carry jugs & it isn't more swollen or hurt today. It is actually pretty good exercise & I will start doing at least one load of 20x10L jugs. I have to push the heavy cart to the front, and then take them 2 at a time up a step & place them on a skid. It takes about 15 minutes a load. I usually have kids do it, but I will start do at least one load. I am also going to skip for 5 minutes a day & do 100 kettle bell swings.
DH brought me home ice cream last night. I relaxed a little this week because we were busy, so old habits are creeping in. I will throw out the ice cream & prep healthy meals after work.
I am going to lose 15lbs this summer, not gain it like I usually do!

@TerriRichardson112 you're one consistent woman!!! That workout looks really challenging and painful.
@lpeltenburg it goes to show that what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger! I'm really impressed with your attitude. I respect you for doing things when you're in pain: very inspiring!!! You will beat this!!!
So yesterday was going by interestingly until I decided to wear my new shoes... they gave me terrible blisters to the point that I have trouble walking. After Friday's training, I'm still very sore so I'm definitely taking it easy today.
I have some water retention that I hope will clear for tomorrow's milestone.
The plan for today is to have a lighter day, eat within calories, do my chin-ups, as many steps as possible, lots of water and a long sleep.

Lisa, ice cream is my downfall too! If I have some in the house it's gone in a couple days. Today is a new you, you can do this, one day at a time!!!!!!
Yesterday, I was able to get a nice workout before my grandkids came over we had some lunch and went to the park. My little granddaughter sees a park and takes my hand and says, "Run grandma run", this is why MFP has changed my life. Five years ago, I couldn't even walk 10 mins without getting out of breath,!
We had a nice short visit with the kids, that tired her and grandpa out, lol. After they left someone took a short nap in his recliner. Plus my daughter said, someone took a nap going home, lol.
Today's goals
1. Afternoon workout
2. Yoga
3. No late night snacking
4. Monthly Challenge for 3 days
5. Plan this weeks workouts
