Morning,
@Monica, nice job getting rid of THAT pound but I don't need it, lol. I have a few pounds I wish someone would take, lol
Today, I'm going to get a nice morning workout in. Tomorrow, I have an early appointment for my car so that might take most of my morning,
. This weekend I've been able to NOT gain so that's a plus, yessss! So my goal for the next week is drop a couple pounds.
Today's goals,
1. Morning workout
2. Strength (monthly Challenge and YouTube)
3. Yoga tonight
4. Plan this week workouts

I managed another day of work. We have an employee returning from last year this week. I am hoping that one more employee will mean less days of working for me.
A customer told us he tells his kids to be their own boss. To work for themselves. He asked us if it was a better way to live. It really got me thinking... except for this 6 weeks of insanity, i do love our business. Any project we decide to do comes to life if we work it. Next time I will see him, hopefully it will be when I haven't been working for 21 days straight without s break & things are going smoothly. It really is a great thing being self employed. I do love what I do. I need to remind myself of that.

@lpeltenburg isn't it great when through all the struggles you get a glimpse of yourself and realize that you actually enjoy what you do! Good for you! Sure hope you get a well deserved break.
Yesterday was crazy but fun and well worth it. Way more activity than planned. Food wise, I raised my calories a bit but still came in under maintenance.
Today, after watching some old family movies with the hubby, we both decided we miss my old hairso I've been working on my makeover all day.
Chin-ups are done, steps are on point so far, as are calories and water. Just gotta finish the day strong!
