Just a nibble of the cake on the counter feels innocent right? Until it turns into you eating a piece and a half. These are the moments that sneak up on us! Track it all, our minds will justify eating a 2 pieces of cake as a measly nibble and we will continue on as normal. This is how we go over our calorie limits! Even if it does not feel good to look at an extra 300 calories it is how we learn. Track the bad stuff and feel free to share a moment when a "nibble" turned into a 3 course meal! Hey, it happens!
