Just joined this group. I have suffered from hypothyroidism since the age of 13 (I am 42 now) and my weight has been a constant roller coaster. Im confident if I set my mind to it and the darn docs can keep my levels stabilized (that has been a bigger rollercoaster than the weight lol) then I can kick butt! Need to lose over 60kg so its gunna be a long haul! Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish

I am recent to the actual diagnosis. But, I felt the symptoms for a long time. I get discouraged and disheartened when I don't see progress. I am starting again!0

I was diagnosed in September 2016. I gained 15 pounds from it, but once I was put on Armour Thyroid, i lost all the extra weight. Now i am trying to maintain at 138 pounds.0
