Morning,
It seems like life's crazy busy for everyone. Monica congrats on your son getting married in a few weeks and the youngest graduating high school. Sorry too for not posting as much, like Monica I come read every day.
I will try to post more next week, with my grandson out of school it'll be tough. Today, getting last minute things finished up. Hopefully me and my husband can get outside for a nice walk around the lake sometime today.
This weeks goals
1. Health food choices
2. Early walks
3. Nightly yoga
4. Either park, walks or pool time with grandkids
5. Strength 3x
6. Hogwarts Challenge
7. Maintain weight

@GrandmaJackie I'm guessing MFP is giving you some grief. Don't sweat it; as long as you're doing fine everything else will be sorted out.
@MonicaA2013 I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you're doing. You don't need to apologize, you're only responsible for making your life better. I wish you lots of stamina to stay on top of your agenda.
I was nervous about hitting 8 chin-ups in a row yesterday but I did it and I have video proof of it. I watched myself over and overFunny how 2 years ago this was just a dream. Food wise, I have been a stickler with the macros and so far it's paying off. The bloat is starting to dissipate and I'm really happy about it.
Today and tomorrow are my active rest days. I'm going to take it one day at a time and really work hard to keep the macros in the percentages I want. Other goals include chin-ups, hitting 10,000 steps, water and lots of sleep.

I really need to try not to schedule early appt' s on my day off where I am setting an alarm in order to make it on time. Both appt' s took hours I am exhausted. Thank goodness I spaced them the way I did or I may not have made it. I got it all done though the day was incredibly expensive. I swear I will not have another dog. Plus when you have had 1 dog that was the devils child and 1 excellent dog whom I adore so no more after this.0
