Morning,
Terri, it sounds like you had a fabulous vacation, in London visiting various museums, with graduation. Welcome back.
@mari_moulin, Terri is 100% right on saying "Allowing yourself to heal after surgery is difficult when you just want to get on with life, but listening to your body is a good plan."
Monica, Only ONE WEEK TO GO !! yeah, outstanding job meeting your goals. Exercising will come after all the craziness leaves, and things starts to slow down.
@danelutza19, going to the pool does sound extremely fun! During the time with my grandkids we had a blast at the pool, too, my grandkids a lirrle fishes,
It seems time flys by, not enough time in the day lately. On the bright side, I've been making my goals, exercising and making healthy food choices. Yesterday, my husband and I had a lovely time going on a hike and having lunch. We have so many gorgeous lake within a few hours drive.
Sundays goals (July 2)
- Morning walk
- Day 2 of 30 Days of Yoga
- Monthly Challenge
- Plan Hogwarts
- Starting writing in Journal
- No late night snacking
Lets make this happen!

Rained all yesterday hoping for it to stay decent till I get to the veggie man and back. The place is so darn muddie I hate to think about going.
I worked the branch yesterday. Let's just say I know things are not good. I felt very uncomfortable I know when they gave me a different drawer and I chose to balance it before using it. They were not happy. What can I say I follow my gut.1 -
Good morning flowers!!!
@GrandmaJackie you're so great. How lucky to have such natural beauty all around you and the chance to enjoy it nature time is better than medicine !!! Keep crushing those goals!
@2020pinktogo way to follow your gut lady. When I worked as a controller in accounting I used to see so many mistakes; I would fix them, but frankly it made me view my coworkers very differently. That job gave me stress and about 60lb in a year. I'm saying all this because now I understand that our attention span and focus are limited and we need to be picky about what we let our mind focus on.
Yesterday wasn't hot or sunny enough to hit the water park so we spent the day at home keeping busy and grilling. It was quite fun actually and nobody was disappointed. All goals achieved including a nice cardio session.
Today's a big day for our daughter, she will be in the Independence Day parade. I'm so proud and stoked to see her having fun, doing the tricks she practiced and worked hard for. Got some cardio done this morning
Goals are the usual ones: eat within macros, chin-ups and pull-ups, steps, water and good sleep.
Let's have a fabulous Sunday!!!

Happy Sunday Flowers. I just wanted to come in and say hi. All is good here.
@GrandmaJackie - I get those busy days. There aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done but you have been doing great reaching your goals despite your busy schedule! Well done!
@2020pinktogo - Its been the same here in my little corner of france. Lots of rain but I know better than to complain. My grass, veggies and flowers have been loving all this nice rain.
@danelutza19 - Have fun at the parade! I know your daughter will have blast. She is making some amazing memories!1
