When to take Phentermine?

I have been taking half a pill before breakfast and half in the afternoon. I don't feel any different after taking them. I am always hungry! Is there a better way to take it?

    I would think taking it all at once in the morning would be more effective. Just a thought.

    Is this how your doctor recommended for you to take it? Today is my 1st day using it and I am taking it as directed by my doctor. Which is in the morning 30 min to an hour before breakfast or 2 hours after breakfast. I have read a lot on it today and no where did I read to break up dosages.

    Cherilee I take mine at 10 AM everyday because I've never been a breakfast person to begin with. I would say if a half isn't working for you to take the whole thing.
