Morning,

Terri, enjoy the Vermeer Exhibition!!!!!!!

Yes, it's 2:10 am and the fireworks just ended, hopefully! Yesterday, we decided to stay home and get things around to house done. I told my husband next year we're going away for sure. It seems my whole neighborhood has been doing fireworks the whole day, wow!

As far as my goals I was able to get a couple nice walks in, gorgeous day for them. Plus early this evening a nice yoga session. Today my goals are going to stay focus, wish me luck, lol. Not getting enough sleep, it's going to be hard but IT WILL HAPPEN......,,,,

Today's goals
- focus on healthy food choices
- Either early walk or yoga session
- No late night snacking
- House cleaning (floors/carpets)
- Stay moving even if I have to dance dance dance, :);):)
- Call son, <3:)

Let's make this happen!

Well didn't put the weight change in the spreadsheet because is it really a weight change or is it just a little fluctuation as it's just a 1/2 lb as I hate to mark the lbs when they go back up I will leave the spreadsheet as it is till I am sure this is not a fluke.

Had a rough day yesterday I came home from my parents and my husband was actually worried as I got under a blanket and I was cold to the touch and it was hot outside. Hoping it's just I am am getting burned out and needed to take it easy. Have a migraine today so I am hoping it's an easy day at work. One of those days where you keep saying just take it slow and steady. Till later

@2020pinktogo I hope you are feeling better soon, sounds like your job takes a toll on you. It sure makes it tough when going to work can physically make you ill. Take it easy and be careful with those migraines.

Today is milestone 8, this has been a total washout of a challenge for me. I gained the whole time, I think I am now a dandelion not a lily :D But the end of the craziness is hopefully coming to an end soon.

Met all my goals yesterday and came home to having the sod down, rocks in place and mulch. It looked like a million dollars, I was so happy, after living in mud for the past 2 months to see crazy made me crazy happy! They are hoping to have everything finished by Monday, fingers crossed.

    Today's goals:
    stay under calories
fluids - going to be a hot one
    20 min cardio - done
    strength training
    yard work
    meal prep

    Have a Wonderful Wednesday flowers!

@Kenda2427 I have been a yo yo for this competition up and down, so more of a maintaining than losing weight. I am getting annoyed. Yesterday I was down to 191.2, This morning I was up to 193.6. I tried some new strength machines, so I am sure most of it is water retention, but annoyed none the less. Stay strong you can do this. I hope they finish soon as well.

    Monday's Goals
    Gym Time :)
    20000 steps (almost there) 25K :)
Lunch run at least 30 minutes. :) 33 minutes
    Stay green :)
Work to do list :) Almost everything done.
    Dinner :)
    Paper work :o

Probably won't be on tomorrow so goals for Tuesday:
Stay Green I didn't log, but had a decent day eating.
    Gym or run :)
15000 steps :( nope slept off and on all day.
    Go through closet :/
Stretch goal, get wire organized. :/

So I spent most of the day dozing on the couch. I think I needed it. I have been absolutely exhausted. I think I forget sleep is just as important as the other aspects of life for good health.

    Today's Goals:
    Stay Green
Gym Time :) Had a great walk on the treadmill.
    Lunch run
Get to do list done at work.
Dance for 10 minutes @ home
    10 minute yoga.

    Good morning flowers!!!
Happy milestone 8!!!!! Time is flying but I wish I could pause it now that it's finally Summer :)

@jdelaroy looks like you've started today on a good path. Yesterday is history and we can't chance the past! Glad you got some rest and took it easy!

I had every intention of sticking to my macros yesterday but then I decided to make desserts. You know where this story is going... After the carbs and fat indulgence, I still did my cardio like planned but had a very unusual experience: the entire time, my heart rate didn't go above 120 bmp, with the average being 111 bpm. I'm not sure why, my t-shirt was soaked and I was moving good but the whole workout was ridiculously easy. Maybe that's just all the extra fuel I had in the tank.

Today I'm looking forward to my regular food intake, staying true to my macros, doing my training, chin-ups and pull-ups, steps, water and a nice sleep.

    Let's have a fabulous Wednesday!!!
