Hey there! Most of my work day (8hrs) is spent at my desk... I utilize "reminders to move" to get my steps in. I am looking for friends that are in a similar situation! Work week hustle anyone? Let's do our best and compete! Sometimes it's not much fun for me to be in competition with people that are able to get a million steps in per day lol!
