Are yoy still doing vegan keto? Ive been on MFP a while and vegan for about a year, and now researching doing keto also as need to drop about 30kg. Was also scouring the internet for keto blogs, groups, people who are vegan and in the uk for exactly the same reasons you mention. So hello *waves*.0

Hey everyone, I'm Jess. Was vegetarian 2 years, and transitioned to veganism June last year. Wanna lose about 21lbs & improve fitness. Looking to make new friends (especially vegan ones) as I've started back on mfp and don't have many friends on my feed.
