I already belong to the low carb group but I'm new to being gluten and wheat free please add me.

I need to still lose a good 24lbs I'm hoping now I know what I'm dealing with the bloating will go and the weight will fall off but some people say that its difficult being GF and WF.

I was 174lbs /12stone 6 on Sunday but not sure I'm ready to weigh myself again

    I'll add you :) I've found it easier being GF as time goes on - you just have to get used to the new way of life - if anything I've only really found it a problem when I'm travelling.

    It has been a tough 10 days gluten detoxing...headaches and no sleep. But I know it will be worth it compared to how ill I was eating gluten. You are welcome to add me
