hi have had a fit bit for few years, just joined my fitness-pal can someone tell me how to upload exercise from fit-bit to here?? thank you john

    There is no upload of workouts from Fitbit to MFP.

    Just make a wall post in MFP about the workout - don't even attempt to log it.
    The MFP exercise diary isn't as nice as the Fitbit one.
    Whatever you log in MFP will just sync back over to Fitbit and replace their stats, even if it's the same - you just increased the odds of syncing issues.
