Hello I'm from London.
The last year for me has been marred by a load of stress and injury and as a consequence I've completely let myself go and put on a load of weight. I want to get back into good habits again and keep them once and for all.
I prefer to log my calories and exercise in a spreadsheet but each day I will post a summary of my exercise, calories, protein, weight and belt notch and a link to a colourful screenshot of my meals and macros for the day!
If I could make some friends on here who could look at these from time to time to keep me honest and on course that would be a great help. In return I'd do my best to motivate you.
