I always bake lots of zucchini , peppers & Brussels sprouts in the oven on parchment paper. I drizzle a little coconut oil on them and season them with mrs dash & some garlic powder or salt.
Bake until they are crispy yum0 -

I'm lazy at cooking, I try to make it as easy as possible so I can keep doing it in the long run. So my favorite snack is either tea or coffee with a banana1 -

One of my favorite things to eat is a banana with peanut butter. I also I have a fondness of Special K Berry cereal in the mornings. I have been eating a lot more broiled chicken than anything.1 -

I love peanut butter as well, but I'm afraid I can't control myself around it, so I avoid it1 -
