Day 12

Ok ... it's been 12 days
I can't believe it !

I seem to be sleep walking more then normal and have noticed I have eaten in my sleep a few times.
I usually do this when I'm over tired.

Sleep is so important!!!

    I don't sleepwalk, but I do notice that I tend to eat more when I am tired. I have had to train myself to stop and think about whether I really need the food or a nap more.

    Me too. I eat more when I'm tired. I eat more when I'm bored too.

    I usually end up snacking more when I am tired and just reach for what's easily available and not always wise choices.

    I am a light sleeper so it can be difficult to get quality sleep. What works for me ironically is working out just before bedtime. I jump in the shower and then hit the bed.

    My sleep eating wasn't anything bad and not that much it's just funny that I do it lol
