I can't get on with flat bar bikes, but it's a very lovely piece of engineering.

That whole top tube/head tube/stem junction does my head in. Can't take it. I hate it on those high-end Look road bikes too.
Go for it if you like it but I'd have to give it a hard pass.1 -
I do like the Gates Drive though, and the disk wheels - it's just that I really can't get on with flat bars like that - I need some sort of way to change hand positions - even my MTB's ended up with bar-ends on them.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder obviously, because I think it's hideous! Wouldn't mind a Gates drive though. I have a chain driven Alfine bike (a flat barred Cotic Roadrat) and it's been great.0

I can see the attraction to it. Looks pretty interesting to me. Maybe not as my main ride but would make a great addition to the stable.1
