Final weigh-in tomorrow, and the scale is being kind again. After hovering around 168 for weeks, a drop to 165 this morning has me hopeful for the next phase.

Overall, I have kept to my goals, but with a few blips due to birthdays and holidays, I haven't actually made much progress towards my goal weight. However, I have noticed other improvements.
  • All the working out is recreating muscle definition which has been absent for quite some time.
  • There is a definite reduction in the sag bag around my tummy where a lot of my weigh used to hang.
  • Some of the new clothes I purchased are beginning to hang loose.
All things considered, general progress is more than satisfactory. At this point, it's a very slow process, and I must learn patience where the scale is concerned (this is the hardest thing of all, lol!). I have achieved so much so far, and I will continue to do so. My permanent lifestyle change is the only option that offers me a fit and healthy future.

I will visit the scale tomorrow. Granted it will be nice just to have all 200 lbs of my brother go home. I really don't mind my siblings visiting just stop knocking all the work I do and 2 instead of visiting and making this a holiday actually help me out. I am sure there are targets near you you don't have to go shopping while here.Thank goodness all I did was drop off supplies. Why? I'm sure my brother was afraid he would foot the bill and I just do it sooner or later it all works out.

Good morning and its Day 99 already. Wow. Glad to put this challenge to bed it has been horrible for me. I gained 10 lbs since the beginning going completely the wrong way.

@2020pinktogo I can imagine you are ready for the visitors to go home. They can be fun or an absolutely pain in the rear thinking your house is a hotel with full catering service.

Well despite having the most physically active weekend in a long time, instead of just working on renos, and eating relatively well my weight shot up 4 freaking pounds!! Now I am hoping some, if not all, is water retention. I went to hot yoga on Friday after work for the first time in a month and she really worked the ABS (still sore), Saturday morning I did a 7k trail run for the first time in a long time, Sunday morning I did another short tail run 4k in the rain and then went for another yoga class. And I am so sore..so I am hoping that weight swooshes off soon.

So all that said, looking forward to the 50 day challenge as a restart. Finally all the renos are 95% complete, get this wedding behind me, never again will I offer to host a wedding and be maid of honour! Lessons learned lol

    Today's goals:
    strength training - done
    eat under calories
walk at noon - weather permitting
clean my Reiki room and start moving furniture in
weed my garden - weather permitting
    meal prep for tomorrow
Day 1 of a FitBit Work Week Hustle challenge

    Have a Marvelous Monday everyone!

    Good morning flowers!!!!

@TerriRichardson112 you must appreciate the moments when the scale cooperates and let's you know you're doing good!

@2020pinktogo sure hope you get some time to yourself between all the visitors. Smooth sailing ahead!

@Kenda2427 I'm exactly in the same awkward weight stage after a stellar weekend with activity galore. Regardless of everything, you're doing great, you're feeling great and you have some serious projects completed so job well done!

Yesterday was the kind of day that makes me want to high five myself for. The plan was good, execution was flawless plus a lot of fun. Woke up this morning 2.8lb heavier... I actually wanted to laugh. Dear water retention: challenge accepted!

Today's goals are to continue with the usual goals: eat within macros, train, chin-ups and pull-ups, cardio, steps, water and good sleep.

    Let's have a fabulous Monday!!!

Hi all! I am looking forward to starting the 50 day challenge. My weight has been pretty stable for most of the challenge. I am hoping that the shorter challenge will get me into quick weight loss mode. We only have 1 short camping trip & 1 birthday so it should be easy to be consistent.

Here's to hoping the scale is kind to everyone tomorrow!

Hey everyone! Well I had a crazy 3 weeks where I went on a 11 day vacation! Lots of sun and a lot of bad eating! When I came back I stepped on the scale and gained close to 10lbs! Thankfully most of that was water weight that I dropped two days later! And since then the scale has been my friend and I've lost the weight I had gained! Yay! I'm very excited to see what the scale says tomorrow since I've had a incredible week at the gym!
