Fat to shed and muscles to build!

Hi everyone! Am Kim and have joined mfp to watch my macros. I have about two stones of blubber to shift off my short erse stature!
Going to pt once a week and focusing on some cardio with predominantly weight training focused sessions.
Any tips on protein welcomed. Pretty much eating protein yoghurt with protein powder and oats mixed in for breakfast every day!

    Eggs all ways are good:

    poached and served with crumbled feta, wilted spinach or asparagus and a little fresh chilli

    poached with fresh guacamole

    omelette with mushrooms

    scrambled with tomato and chives

    scrambled Mexican style with onions and peppers .... the list goes on

    And frittata made with eggs and whatever veg and meat you have leftover from previous meals is always a winner.

    Get some protein bread as a treat to have with them. You can get it in all the big supermarkets now.

    Cool same target here. I don't take more than 50gm of protein via shakes/bars. Rest all dairy, chicken fish and lentils nuts. I avoid eggs and red meat in general. Request sent
