Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

As I searched for a graphic to highlight the August UAC, this made me smile.
Here is the August UAC link http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/121904-ultimate-accountability-challenge-august-2017
Please invite your friends to come on over to our place!

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 7.8 Km in 70 mins (hills).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

Woosh this morning. Expecting to bounce a bit tomorrow morning. Still feeling good.

I'm a daily weigh person (often more than once a day). I like to know what is going on, but it's just a measurement (not an indicator of self worth). My important measure is the 7 day average (not any individual day). In tracking daily weight, I can see time when if I took the measurement a week apart, the weight would be up, but the average weight is still tending down.

    Eg.
    From my history:
    12/6/17 80.4
    13/6/17 80.4
    14/6/17 80.6
    15/6/17 80.6
    16/6/17 80.1
    17/6/17 80.1
    18/6/17 80.1
    19/6/17 80.4
(7 days apart (12->19) no change, but the trend was still down. I had kept consistent through that entire week (in budget every day and walking 5+km per day). If I was not weighing daily I would have been really upset on the 19th - hard work and no change).

(I also have my daily history back to the 18th of April in a spreadsheet - weight, calories in/calories out :) )

I will be part of UAC next month. :)

Winter (and GoT) may be coming for the Northern hemisphere. Here in the South, Winter is here (and we are still getting GoT :) ).

@trixsey1. Look after your health. Chest infections are never fun. Maybe back off the exercise to the minimum (20 mins lighter activity) for a day or two and resume intensity when chest feeling better.
    @Slimpossible007. Awesome getting below 200.
@simonschange. Congrats on the 10pound loss. Well done. Good news on the BP too. 120/80 is considered the lower end of normal (and you are almost at that).

Bowing out from the rest of this month. Am off the grid without a food scale and while I have prepped the food I brought with me and I do a lot of walking (just going to the bathroom and back is at least 500 steps) so I am under my target calories, I am not able to track accurately or keep up with updating here. But I will be back, as it has been quite helpful! Best of luck to everyone else still at it!

Exercise: weights session. I've been really working on my glutes, finally seen an improvement in my squats. I can perhaps start going heavy with them. Also, I've well got my 40kg bench down, so aim to get this up in the next few weeks.
    Kcl: 1458/1460
    Tracked.

today is another 3 yesses .. I can honestly see myself making the winners circle this month ... being close to that one has spurred me on all month .. but getting into the 100's has pushed me harder today ... although I will prob be above it tomorrow with all the exercise I have done today lol

    tracked
    within cals
    exercise has consisted of
40 mins worth of planks, sit ups, wall sits, lunges, crunches, push ups, planks, squats, supermans -- etc etc etc
30 mins of dancing to tunes (like no one is watching)
30 mins on my stat bike

so basically I'm expecting sore muscles and a raise in weight tomorrow lol

Yes, yes and yes (swimming for 20 minutes)
Wow, I almost forgot how good it felt when I can say 3 yeses here!
My hubby and I just realized when he's doing good in his weight loss journey, I am not motivated; then when I am down in lbs, he lost his momentum... so strange!!!

I had a good day. I'm tired from too much people time. I'm an extrovert and it's rare for me to need to retreat from interaction. Tomorrow will be a another 12 hours of people day, so I hope to escape with the horses on Friday.
    Calories: under by a bit
    Exercise: 35 minutes walking
    Tracking: ok

July 26 yes x 3. not sure I will sign up for August. have a long awaited 7 day vacation starting on the 9th. keeping calories in check might be difficult. but it's not about being in the winners circle, it's about the support this group offers. well...i've just talked myself into signing up for August...

Yes x 3. SL 5x5 plus a few sets of kettle bell swings and push presses.

I am a little unsure about August... the first week my husband and I are escaping to a retreat centre without kids, followed by a weekend of camping with several other families. Plus another week of travelling to see family mid month. It's pretty unlikely I'd make the winners circle... but I think the accountability and support would keep me more active and stop me from going completely off the rails with food choices. So probably I should just do it! I've really enjoyed the month here and am down 4.5lbs so far!

@fightingthetideofaging WOW! Good for you, your exercise always amazes me. Awesome job!
@SimonsChange love the new photo! Only 8 more miles...WOOHOO! :D
@RangerRickL Hopefully you have the weekend your body needs! Good luck tomorrow
@loopydo2017 @hil331115 glad you both have decided to join us for August despite your holidays.......it will make you so much more aware of your intake and activity level!
@MyersCrystal Congratulations on your choices today.........great attitude, taking it one day at a time. Hope you aren't too sore tomorrow :)
@Slimpossible007 Good exercise day today. Hopefully it is good mews in the morning
So glad to hear most of us are moving on to August for the challenge. Looking forward to another month with you.

Today was a good day. In the outdoor public pool doing gentle walking for 40 minutes. Funny how the gentle workouts play me out as much as a hard workout use to. Can't wait for my body to heal so I can up my exercise. Six weeks tomorrow but backs take a lot longer to heal I am told(and feel...lol)

    today's report
    exercise yes
    calories yes
    tracking yes

    Good night everyone

    July 26:

Exercise?: Yes, 35 minutes of weight lifting at the gym, plus usual walking.
    Plank?: Yes.
Calories?: Yes. Had 87 to spare when I closed my diary for the day. Did more walking after that that I didn't log because I was already under.
Tracked?: Yes, including the half cup of walnuts I needed in the afternoon to get me through the day, which nearly ruined my entire day.

I feel a little off this morning, so today's going to be a tricky one. At least I've already gotten in half an hour of walking.

My weight is down, on average, half a pound / week since July 5th thanks to this group. I'm two pounds away from the target weight I set for myself, so I could probably hit that by Labor Day if I don't have any setbacks.

TY @pribud .. unfortunately the scales went up again this morning, but I expected that to happen anyway, my body weight exercises kinda ensured it would ... as long as the over all trend is down I am happy :)

Internet has been down lately so I'm kinda behind a bit and haven't been able to comment to others. Got it fixed!
Exercise: walked 5 miles in Amish town checking out shops and such! Whoop
    Calories: good
    Tracked: yup
    Miles: 5
Lesson Learned: SO. MUCH delicious Amish food and bakery. I controlled my excitement and only had 1/3 of a piece of peach pie !! I kept thinking about how all that stuff would only make me sick and that was enough to walk away. My only purchase was some good sourdough bread of which I limit my intake.

Where were you? I work in Middlefield OH.
I think it is fourth largest Amish community in the US? We don't have 5 miles of a quaint little town to walk in but have lots of Bakeries.
