Just getting started in the process

Hi,
I am just getting started in the process for either sleeve or gastric bypass surgery. I need to meet with a dietician, exercise physiologist, behavorial specialist, sleep study, support group, and keep a food diary. They suggested this one. So here I am. I have made some changes already - stopped using a straw, began reducing the caffeine, not drinking 30 mins before/after eating (this is really hard). We were told that it will be easier for us afterwards if we begin doing this before hand.

I don't know if anyone ever read my post from August 2016...
However, I had RnY in Jan 2017...I am down 118 pounds since I posted the last post. Been following a nutritionist and an exercise physiologist. Feel great! Exercise almost every day at Planet Fitness. Wish I had done this years ago but am glad I did it now.1
