I had a rough few days, lots of parties and too many carbs and sugar. Today is water and back on track. How was you week? Struggles? Successes?

Good morning all,
I lost 1.6 lbs this week. I'm very happy with that. I rolled back one day but got right back on track - so that's big progress for me.
Lots of challenges in the coming week: I have 2 of my grandkids visiting now and, on Thursday, my son and his family arrive for a week. All of a sudden, I'm doing meal prep for 8 rather than 2 - and we'll be at the cottage so everyone will be in vacation mode. But I have a PLAN!! So, here's hoping for the best.
