    :smiley: Greetings from Dane and Washington Counties! Too hot and sick to do much myself, or stay on track (I should be low carb, but colds love carbs). Hope you're having a fun summer!

    Hi from Shawano. Labor Day is a big & busy weekend here. Spent the nice day (Sunday) out on Shawano Lake. Sweet. Since early May, I lost 40 lbs. Working on maintaining the loss by bicycling. (I do a lot of distance riding.)
