Hitting the protein hard this week. Curbing sugar and carbs. Time to control them and not let them control me. How did you do this week?

    Still pushing to get to the gym 3xs a week. Got there twice last week. Been pushing the water but I know I need to get more of that in too. Going to keep those two things the focus this week.

    Yeah. I'm definitely over gaining weight. I have very limited access to healthy foods lately (even as much as I want them. :( )
    Trying to increase water again, and attempting small walks with the kids. Definitely going to cut down sugar again, and other unhealthy food as well. It's making me a bit depressed.
