Good morning ladies, I'm just wondering if anyone is still running and able to keep their heart rate underneath 150 bpm? I am at 17 weeks and then some and noticed today that I have to stop after about seven minutes and walk to keep my heart rate from going too high. Is anyone else having that issue? What pace are you taking if you're still running past the first trimester? Has anyone stopped in favor of incline walking?

Stopped jogging since I get bad distasis recti. Just speed walking uphill for me!0

Ok thanks I think I will try that- I was experiencing uncomfortable pressure after my last run.1

Sounds like you body is trying to tell you to slow down, totally normal for pregnancy. Incline walking sounds like a great idea. Plus running past first trimester can put a lot of strain on your pelvic floor as the baby grows...something to keep in mind!0
