Hey guys, how did your week go? Mine went well for the most part. Had more sugar then needed, really working on that. Life has been very busy but hopefully slowing down this week.

    Yikes!! That was not a good week. I need to increase my activity, and decrease my sugar! Holy moly! That made me sad, but I knew it was coming. We had 2 birthday parties last week, so I went a little overboard, and have increased my sodium a lot more too, because of dizzy spells. I just haven't been drinking enough water to even it out.

    I have 5 ish weeks to go before baby comes, I'm hoping to not put on much more weight (also what the doctor is requesting as well.)

    Hi all,

    I'm still playing catch-up in recording my progress (or lack of such). I lost .8 lbs last week and then gained 1 lb this week. I'm still at the cottage with our daughter and 2 of the grandkids. So, while I'm not losing much weight, this is, in fact, huge progress for me - to be 3 weeks at the cottage with company and not have gained 5 lbs by now - I'm calling that progress. What has worked for me is: having steel cut oats, fruit and coffee for breakfast most mornings. I limit myself to eggs, bacon, toast etc 2 days per week. Also, I'm walking a minimum of 3-5 km everyday. And, of course, weighing myself everyday - not letting things get out of hand. What's not working are: chips in the afternoon and evening trips for ice cream. Got to work on that!
