Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 37.5 mins (hills).

Very early walk today, was still dark then I started (after a late night working too). Good pace today, as fast as yesterday.
Was a little alarmed when I weighed in this morning. Too low by too much. I have increased my daily calorie budget again (before having breakfast).
Worked in the city today, but my car has a flat tyre, so I got a lift to the train station. When I got back to the station after the day, it was such a nice day I walked home from the station (3.6km, 30 mins, 200m elevation gain).
btw, The gold bunny is no more (and thoroughly enjoyed ).8 -

A steady walk with the dogs today, 12km, a few hills/slopes, mostly even terrain.

Everything looks good did my asvab today and scored really well for the position I want so if all goes smoothly I'll be going to meps soon and then I just wait to go to basic.11

I thought today would be a pass day but mfp is giving it as a spurious yes. I'll still take the pass cos there was lots of eating/drinking out involved so I'm unsure of the accuracy of the calories as I used the closest I could find.
Exercise:yes, lots of walking.
Tracking: tired my best.
Calories: mfp says yes. I say no way! Pizza, Belgian beer, wine, and Belgian waffle with chocolate were all consumed although in small quantities. I'm better at sharing these days! The chocolate was out of this world! Thanks to @RangerRickL for the morning's goal gap reminder.

@craigo3154 sometimes I have some real scale "surprises" both ways on maintenance that don't make sense. I hold off on too many calorie adjustments because I find the scale is not "logical".

Tracking is a yes, but I am noticing that traacking has been tricky recently. lots of home cooked and buffet type food prepared by my wife (I'm not complaining).

Hi everyone. I am back to a semi-routine today. My Aunt's service went well, though it was naturally largely an emotional dump for us all. I didn't get the exercise that I wanted or needed today, but I did track everything and stayed within my caloric goal. Nearly everything I ate was quality nutrient-dense foods. A good day by most standards. Looking forward to September!8

Yes x 3 today, I've had three pass days, so just need to get through tomorrow. I did deads and overheads, and walked dog today.
I'm strong, and lifting more, but haven't lost an ounce this month . I'm within three pounds of my goal weight, and these last lbs are so frickin' hard to lose. I realize I have to cut my calories next month, which I dread, but I'm obviously eating at maintenance. My diet is wholesome, except the wine and beer, so that's what needs to go . My plan is for a dry September. Then back at it for the holidays7 -

Made it to the final strech. Only one more day and I have 2 passes left. Tempting but I won't use it. Going on a weekend trip to St Louis to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Quiet sure will be a celebratory dinner, with good wine. Not keeping track. Will have to take my first pass early but that's okay.
I've lost 8.8 lbs this month. It's been a long time since I've lost that much in a month. I'm sure it's the consistent exercise that's boosting my metabolism. I move into next month with this past months experience, lighter and feeling great.

I had my 3rd pass day today as planned. Very trying times in our family right now. My boys lost a friend while playing a sport they both love. Imagine during a charity slow pitch tournament that my youngest son Scott(34) was hosting there was a freak accident with a young 32 year old getting hit in the back of the head on a play to 1st base. Resulting in an immediate rush to the hospital where he was air vacced to Victoria BC for emergency brain surgery that he did not survive. The ball teams and our community are in shock. For the last week he has been kept on life support, they took him off this morning and he passed leaving behind his loving wife and beautiful 1 year old daughter. My heart goes out to them. We are having a family dinner tomorrow night just so we can all be together. Right now I hurt for everyone.............sorry for going on........but thanks for listening.....talk about needing to take the time to appreciate the people we love in our lives............very sad1
