30mins of HIIT Tabata strength workout with weights.
Took the dogs for a walk after lunch, thought the weather might be nicer, for us, but got caught in a major downpour on the way home. Both dogs were drenched, bless em' - they were none to impressed, lol.
I had my waterproof jacket and wellies but need to invest in some waterproof trousers - my legs got soaked and I was wearing jeans - urgh!

I live in southwest FL and we are getting ready for hurricane Irma to hit us. The law office I work in will be closed starting on Wed at noon until further notice so we can can get our houses ready and evacuate if necessary. I don't know if I will be tracking my food during this time or even have internet once Irma hits. I will try my best to eat well, stay under calories and do my activity but might not be checking in much until we are in the clear.

Yes x3. Ran for 20 minutes and half hour walking. I usually set a distance goal instead of time so this was different but my pace ended up being faster than usual.
Back to school today for my grade 3er. Kindergartener starts tomorrow. He's so excited but I'm so sad! They grow up so fast.6 -

5-Sept-2017
Well, I'd wanted to do my long circuit training program, this morning...but, when I got outside, I kept noticing what I thought were these little bugs floating in the air. As it turned out, they were not little bugs. They were ashes floating through the air and gently landing on my exercise equipment--There are some wildfires a few hundred kilometres away, and the effects have blown our way. Very sad for the people who are located proximally to the fire zones:(
Exercise: I did 20 minutes of circuit training outside, then I realized I was breathing in ashes, so moved inside the house and did 10 minutes of hula hooping with my 4lb weighted hoop. Fun!
Calories: I have some to spare.
Tracking: I tracked everything6 -

I took my grandson who is 5 to a Nature Grandparent program(every Tuesday until Oct 10th). Lots of outdoor activity.7 -

The weather is changing here in the Chicago metro area. We have below normal temperatures, so I began my inside workout regimen. Every spring, I stop my inside workouts and move my activities outdoors. Then, in the fall, due to my asthma, I move my exercise activities into my basement home gym.
I start slow and it will take a number of weeks to regain cardio/strength interval stamina. Today was 48 minutes of activity. Focused on active stretching for 25 minutes and then moved to pushups and lat pulldowns. I call this my push-pull series. I did better than I expected.
Tracking: ok
Calories: nice margin under my limit8 -

pass 3 - 5th sept
logging and tracking is fine and I have cut my calories due to lack of movement, I am only managing 10 mins a day of movement and I have also been going to bed earlier because I am pain free when lying down.
Hubby is setting up the projector in the bedroom tonight (on the 6th, I'm posting here a day late) ) so that we can go to bed really early and I can watch a cpl films before going to sleep! .. I wonder if a massage will be out of the question!!!
After taking to a few people and consulting google I think its sciatic nerve pain, (symptoms are moving pain up and down my left leg as far at the knee and my lower back, numbness in my lower back on the left, tingling, and a small swelling in my lower back again on the left) ... so I am currently trying to get a doctors appointment to see what they can do for me. Apparently, according to google there are some exercises I can do to help, BUT, I need to rest till I am pain free before doing them or I will irritate the nerve, Hopefully I can see a chiropractor, as one of the common causes can be a slipped disk, which should be able to be put right (she says hopefully)
TY everyone for your kind words .. I am likely not to make the winners circle this month, but I will still be sticking to the plan as much as I can and hopefully see some shift on the scales. Also I'll be watching your progress and hope to see each and every one of you in the circle7 -
