    This is a BIG TRUTH!
Just read the UAC posts for the last few days and you will be amazed at how important it is for us to be transparent, truthful and other-centered. We are each other's accountability partners.
I love this UAC team and each of you!

I'm out of the circle .. I really can't do much exercise at all.

I've managed 33 mins today of a walking video thou but walking is all I can do and I have to do it in stages :)

Docs appointment set for next Thursday to see what can be done (likely painkillers) treat the symptom not the cause lol

    @leanerstrongerhealthier - welcome to the group...x
@craigo3154 - lol, yes I could do with one of those voice boxes for sure!
@slimpossible007 - take care of yourself sweetie. Hope the doc's appointment goes well.

    Exercised?: Yes.
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

Picked up my bike this morning, so walked into town and rode it back.
Then had to go back to town for a few bits and bobs and a little food shopping, so another walk there.

Had lunch, then took my daughter for a bike ride, only a hours ride, but still enjoyable. The new saddle is great, much more comfy and takes the pressure of the coccyx a little.

Doggie walk when I got back, so been active most of the day with one thing or other.

Total distance: 14km (8.9 miles) - same as yesterday, lol.
    Total steps walked: 22,025
    Total calories burned: 919
    Total calories consumed: 1277

Sorry such short post today. Busy (and late) night picking daughter up from roller skating.

I'm out of the circle this month too @Slimpossible007. I'm struggling this week to get my head in the game. Sadly missed logging into MFP at all for 2 days. Yikes. I didn't even realize it until tonight. I'm down...briefly, but not out. I'll be back again tomorrow gang. See you all then.

Zumba this morning. Cookout/party with ski club friends tonight. I ate all my Zumba calories back. But I feel good because no mindless munching. I had one plate for dinner and one dessert. I tracked and I think I estimated high. Staying totally away from the food tables and talking with long time friends was the key today.

Pass #2. Chocolate cravings got the best of me today and I just snacked too much in general. Not over calories by much, but need to hold myself accountable and be honest here! Got in a 20 minute brisk walk and 35 minutes of lower body strength training.

    45mins Strength training
one hours lunchtime walk, I didn't feel like visiting the sea today so decided to go the other way, up hill instead.
    6x6ihw8giom6.jpg

Also bonus 30 minute walk in the evening with family
Calories well under thanks to all the activity.

@Slimpossible007 33mins of walking is creditable (sometimes I don't manage more than that and I am without pain). Focus on healing and diet, and don't be too hard on yourself for not making more progress. As long as you are not giving up, overeating and going backwards then you are still ahead.

@fitastic2day It's the daily accountability rather than the circle or last week that matter. Sometimes life gets in the way and picking yourself back up is absolutely the way to go.

    Yes x 3! :)

    Beautiful picture @marthall!
Nice job at the cookout/party @120maggie!

We got a few welcomed fat drops of rain this afternoon, so I took a long walk and enjoyed that fresh rain smell.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes had to do a 30minute phyiscal with a bunch of other people so I'd consider that exercise a lot of different motions and ended up with alittle sweat haha

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes (was allowed half a yogurt for breakfast and half a banana for lunch but I did have me a sandwich when I got home for the night as I was just too hungry)

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Pass #1, went out with girlfriends for prosecco and pizza. It was so nice to just eat, and not count calories. And great to enjoy a glass of wine after a dry week!
