    It was a nice day off, today. I decided to do a slow and low impact workout, so I walked. Great walk. Air is still a little smoky, but very little in the way of ashes:)

    Exercise: 2 hours 15 minutes of urban walking for 8.5 miles.

    Calories: yes, within goal. I was way too low in my calorie count for how much I burned today. I'm going to get back on track tomorrow.

    Tracking: yes, I tracked it all

  • I am just joining the challenge. With it being 7 days into the month/ challenge I have not tracked my food.. tomorrow will be my 1st day. My passes might be used up .. but I would like to join in .. for the daily accountability and consistency, if that is ok? Thanks!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes ended up going to the hotel gym after dinner and did 25mins of cardio
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I was only allowed a salad as I had to be weighed first thing in the morning
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes NOTHING BUT WATER
