Wanted to start a thread where we can update our progress. I'll start.

My weekly update:

Average weight: 216.47 lbs
Weight trend this week: -2.37 lbs
Total weight lost: 179.73
Total body fat lost: 36.5%

This week I did three hours of crossfit, 3 miles running and 40 miles riding my bike. I burned 10455 active calories this week. I plan on adding more running and cycling this next week as the heat has gone down a bit here. Will try another week of not logging my food. Still trying to see if I can work on mentally logging my food to keep me in check. I'm still technically in maintenance but burning so many calories it's hard for me to match it in calories eaten. My attitude now is to just do what I enjoy doing and whatever weight my body wants to maintain I'll be happy with.     I'm one week into a 2- to 4-week maintenance break right now. In four months I lost exactly 48 of the 65-75 I intended, and then didn't gain or lose an ounce for two weeks. Some trainers said to try a rest at maintenance since I haven't taken any. Without working out, I've gained 2 ounces eating about 400 calories more than when working out in cut.

    Just recommitted to working out and eating healthy since labor day. I dont know all my numbers but I do have a goal of 2lbs a week. The more I jump in I will be able to provide better numbers.

    My maintenance break continues. Life said f u, smokin'. I did begin losing again during week 2 of maintenance, and ended up losing about 7 pounds so far during this period. The last few days I've started walking again, more to force myself out of the house than to lose weight. Never stopped logging or keeping macros, though. Still 20 out from goal to begin recomp and 10 out from target range.
