Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38mins (hills).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

Strength training in the morning, then walk in afternoon.

Not much else to report today. Wife still a little sore from yesterdays slip, so no walk today with her.

    @bocasdelbadbob Awesome for Buddy.
@fightingthetideofaging great report. Love your response! Glad it will be just a one day event.
@trixsey1 you are inspirational going out in all conditions.
Early predawn walk with lots of stars. Short walk at lunch too. My knees needed a break from Zumba and cycling.
About 10 minutes of upper-body strength training. Tracked on target with calories.

@fightingthetideofaging, Wow, first time I've seen you pass. Enjoy your day!
@120maggie, the predawn walk under the stars sounds lovely.
@everyoneelse, hope you're all well. It seems awfully quiet.

    Yes x 3 for me.
Running around for work, then walking the dog.

@marthall - great job with the strength training.
It's best to use weights that stress your muscles. You can always drop down during the workout if need be, but try to go has heavy as you can without burning yourself out.

I don't have much strength on my upper body at all. I too am in the lower percentage of female lifters (9%). I'm using 4kg dumbbells, although on some moves I can go higher (5kg to 6kg) and then drop back to 3kg on others - depends on which muscles are being worked at the time.

I'd advise to get different weights and work to your own ability - alternating between them as you need to, but not high enough that you burn out before the end of your workout.

    Good luck...x

@120maggie - thanks hun. It's winter time that will affect me most as I hate the cold. I only hope we have a mild winter here...x

Took a pontoon boat out on Lake Mead today. The visitors, the dogs, hubby and I. It is my favourite thing to do, we always go on a Monday so there are hardly any other people on there. Also took the dogs on a 3 mile walk before we went.

I had 3 yesses today. It feels great to be home and back in my usual routine and surroundings.
