I am probably a little biased, but hands down my favorite is my friend and some times Ccach Hillary "Killary" Williams. After becoming a BJJ Legend she went on to Med School and is now in her Residency as a Doctor. (She still trains as time permits and I get to still roll with her once in awhile.)

Have to be honest, do not know many female martial artists out of MMA, but I am a big fan of Michelle Waterson's karate style, and of course Ronda Rousey's judo!2

Penny Thomas!! The first South African female black belt for BJJ. She trains in Hawaii these days, but comes back to SA every year or two and does a weekend seminar with all the girls.3
